**Orders for Next Day & Saturday Delivery will need to be placed before the cut-off. Our Next Day Delivery service does not deliver over the weekend or Bank Holidays, so if you order this service on a Friday, your items will be delivered on the next available working day. **Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday with Next Working Delivery option are collected on Monday and should be delivered on Tuesday. If you order using Saturday service after the cut off on a Thursday, your order will be delivered the following Saturday.

Returns
We understand that sometimes you might not be completely happy with your order. If this is the case, you are able to return your order at your own cost.
Upon receipt of your order, where applicable, we will issue a full refund for your items and shipping.We cannot provide a refund or exchange for perishable goods, this includes helium balloons, chocolate and personalised items unless they are faulty or damaged.
